"It was easy to check in, the owner was nice and responded fast thru WA. Also made sure everything was working. It was organized and clean. The tramway was 10-15 mins walk as well as the promenade magnan ❤️ it was a nice area."

"I only had one concern, the curtain was see thru so neighbors could see everything from the inside of thr room but good things it was too sunny so most of the time their windows were closed except for one time :) but overall the stay was great! ❤️ maybe could use a darker curtain 🫠"

"Very good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach (Promenade des Anglais, then 15 min to Negresco), also tot the tram line that goes both to the airport (30 min) and to the city center (15 min). Shops and restaurants are close by, the area felt safe (even though the actual street that the apartment building is on looks a bit underdeveloped). The property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including dishes, toiletries, spices etc. (besides appliances like microwave, washing machine, etc). Easy self check-in/check-out with clear instructions from the owner, so even though we arrived after 10 pm we could enter the property (she just mentioned that she would not be available after that time if there are any issues, which is reasonable, and there were no issues)."

"The area where the apartment is located is a bit far from the main town. however the tram/bus station are about a 6-7 min walk away. since it’s the outskirts I felt a slight bit uncomfortable walking back at night alone (female solo traveller). but in the day it feels perfectly normal"
